Welcome to Prime Looks. By accessing or using the app, website, or services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Prime Looks is an AI-powered face rating and looksmaxxing app. You upload a photo, and our AI generates an attractiveness score, a breakdown of facial traits (such as jawline, skin, symmetry, and eye area), and a personalized self-improvement plan. A free tier is available; paid plans unlock additional analyses and features.

2. Entertainment & Informational Disclaimer

Scores, ratings, breakdowns, and plans generated by Prime Looks are produced by automated AI systems and are provided for entertainment and general informational purposes only. They are not medical, dermatological, psychological, or professional beauty advice, and we make no guarantees about the accuracy of scores or the results of any suggested improvements. Attractiveness is subjective; treat your results accordingly. Always consult a qualified professional before making health or cosmetic decisions.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Monthly and annual subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime in the app's Settings or through the payment provider; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, we do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that is not recurring and is non-refundable except as required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe; you also agree to Stripe's terms.

4. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will only upload:

You will not use the Service to harass, defame, or rate others without consent; attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI systems; upload illegal, explicit, or infringing content; or interfere with the Service's operation.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of your photos. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your photos solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your photos or face data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Prime Looks name, logo, app design, AI models, and generated report formats are our intellectual property (or licensed to us). You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content except for your own personal use of your own results.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraud, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Looks and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decisions you make based on AI-generated scores or plans. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).

10. Governing Law
